What I Offer
I work with individuals and groups towards wellness, renewal, connection to self, and mind-body integration. I share the practices that support me to live healthily and happily.
As a yoga teacher I deliver an engaged vinyasa style with influence from Forrest yoga. I passionately believe that each of us has the capacity to transform ourselves with the support of a yoga practice, bringing greater awareness to our physical, emotional and spiritual realm.
This is supported by my work as a medical doctor (GP) where I see first-hand the importance of working with the body-mind in an integrated and holistic way in any form of healing.
I create a safe and nurturing space for us to bring awareness to our internal world, open our bodies and minds, and feel more love and joy in our hearts.
